Okay! I've been procrastinating about letting you know that I started this "little" business and inviting you to contact me to see if we can work together. Why have I been procrastinating? I don't have a good answer for that!
Well, let's announce this "little" business and get busy!
BF Virtual Associates, LLC formalizes a sole proprietorship that I had been using when I began to consult on project and program management specializing in standards development.
We have a couple of clients that we work with to manage their standards programs. Managing a standards program is very similar to managing a publication process. If you or your organization need help managing the production of a newsletter, research report, book, etc., BF Virtual Associates, LLC is the organization for you.
We also specialize in meeting facilitation. It doesn't matter if the meetings are in person or virtual, we can help you with agenda development, conducting the meeting, ensuring all participants have an opportunity to speak, and wrapping up the meeting with meeting reports.
In a month or less, we should be licensed in the State of Florida as a Community Management Administrator. When we are licensed, we will focus on the administration of homeowner and condo associations of 150 or less properties. This means we will administer assessment invoicing and collection, annual member and board meetings, contract negotiations for common areas, promotion of meetings and much more.
